Melody spent fourteen years gathering experience of the business world working in banking, telecommunications and the public sector before co-founding The GWiz Learning Partnership in 1993.
Melody has a Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology, a degree in Psychology and a diploma in Psychotherapy. She is an NLP Master Trainer which allows her to run NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer Training courses certified by the Positive School of Intrinsic Neuro-Linguistc Psychology.
She is also a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner and EI practitioner and added to all this is five years Transactional Analysis training, meaning she is able to help organisations access the hidden potential in their staff. She is also in demand for her work in transforming average or even troubled teams into high performers.
Melody is a visiting lecturer at University of East London, teaching “Wellbeing and Positive Psychology” to undergraduates. Additionally, she is a member of the CIPD and is ILM accredited.
Melody’s interests are many and varied. She has a keen interest in personal development, canine and wolf psychology, conservation, movies and running. She also enjoys western horse riding, walking the GWiz dogs, nature watching and stage combat (particularly sword fighting).
Joe is an NLP Master Trainer who enjoys learning new things… by exploring diverse fields of science, philosophy and psychology and then integrating these ‘learnings’. He is the creator and editor of the new ANLP Journal: Acuity.
He holds an MSc in Organisational Development and Neuro Linguistic Technologies, a degree in Philosophy and Psychology, a diploma in Performance Coaching, a certificate in HNLP Coaching and a diploma in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP. He is also an EI practitioner and an ILM accredited trainer.
In focusing his training, coaching and consultancy experience into the business environment, Joe has inspired others to achieve outstanding results. Since 1993, he has worked with a broad range of organisational cultures, helping 1000s of people revolutionise the way they work with others. His training sessions are often described as “humorous, thought provoking, interactive and leading to highly practical strategies”.
With a passion and a penchant for the nature of paradox, Joe has published a book entitled: “Solving Impossible Problems: Working through Tensions and Paradox in Business”. His MSc dissertation was an exploration into ‘social paradox’ and his findings were published in the first NLP Research Journal in 2009.

Alison has 20 years experience in sales and management gained within the corporate sector. Having set up her own company in 2002 she is now a qualified performance and executive coach achieving excellent results at all levels.
She is a qualified trainer with a particular interest in developing effective communication skills for individuals and teams. Results driven, Alison has led teams to award winning status for both sales and customer service. Alison is focused on self development and her qualifications include a Diploma in Performance Coaching, Certificate in Life Coaching, NLP Master Practitioner, an OND in Business Studies and a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring & Executive Coaching with The Institute of Leadership & Management.
Alison is a keen on health and fitness and when not developing others can be found developing herself at the local gym. This allows her to indulgence in her other favourite pastimes, cooking, entertaining friends and well chilled wine.

Jo is a highly experienced coach and trainer with the added experience of running an in-house coaching programme within a Santander division, SGF. She provided support in the form of coaching to 230 employees within SGF and some additional managers within Santander UK.
In addition to her coaching within SGF she was also responsible for the development and delivery of in-house development training for staff at all levels. Kathryn Rogers runs a consultancy called Another Level. She has been involved in learning & development since 1998 when she became a regional training officer for a national charity.
Qualifications include certification with the Institute of Stress Management (Organisational & Occupational Stress Management Training.) Accreditation with ISMA (International Stress Management Association) and a post graduate certificate for applied positive psychology. Also a NLP master practitioner, she is currently working for the ILM executive coaching and leadership mentoring diploma, and is also a CIPD member.
Coming from a professional background in sales, performing arts & training, she began studies into stress management, self-development and the integrated approach to health by studying extensively with extensively with the Life Foundation, one of the countries leading organisations in holistic approach to health and life management, incorporating the teacher training programme in Dru Yoga.
Kate Webber trains on a variety of communications topics and (together with Melody Cheal) has developed a unique training programme for managers and those seeking development in their communication technique.
The programme is called Liberty Learning, where the training is designed to deepen the delegates learning by increasing their focus in a unique environment of working with horses.
